Recently, Henan ZOOMLINE Machinery Co., Ltd., leveraging its deep technical expertise in the field of thermal energy equipment, successfully signed a cooperation agreement with a customer from Kazakhstan to supply a batch of core components for a new, high-efficiency coal burner representing advanced industry standards. In asphalt mixing plant production, the burner is widely regarded as the “heart” of the mixing plant. Traditional coal burners often face challenges such as low burn-out rates, easy coking, and rapid wear. The parts supplied in this order are designed to support our new MFR-S1000 coal burner and feature the following outstanding characteristics:
New low-nitrogen multi-airway pulverized coal burner: Utilizing the latest staged combustion technology and optimized air-to-coal ratio, the burner achieves precise full-position combustion even under high-intensity operating conditions, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.
High-wear-resistant ceramic composite coal injection lance: To address the high erosion characteristics of pulverized coal, the core area of the component incorporates new composite wear-resistant materials, effectively preventing nozzle erosion and deformation. The service life is extended by 40% compared to traditional metal parts.
Intelligent ignition control module: The upgraded automatic ignition system significantly reduces cold start time and lowers fuel/coal consumption during the ignition process, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
