Recently, Henan Zoomline Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZOOMLINE) welcomed a group of distinguished guests—an inspection delegation from a well-known Georgian construction company with a long history and strong leadership in the industry. During several days of on-site inspections and in-depth technical exchanges at our manufacturing facility, both sides explored new opportunities for cooperation in high-standard road construction and the redevelopment of old urban areas.
A collision of historical heritage and modern manufacturing
As a pioneer in the construction industry in the Caucasus region, this Georgian company has, over more than half a century of development, participated in major infrastructure projects and cultural heritage restoration works in the local area. This transcontinental visit to Zoomline Machinery was driven by confidence in Zoomine’s manufacturing reputation in the asphalt mixing field—“specialized, refined, and international”.
Accompanied by company leadership, the customer delegation visited our digital production workshops, precision welding areas, and highly automated finished-assembly production lines in sequence.
Craftsmanship with excellence
The customer group carefully examined the machining and processing techniques of key components of the asphalt mixing plants. They highly praised Zoomline Machinery’s strict control over material wear resistance and the welding precision of structural parts.
Technical exchange: customized solutions for complex terrain
Given Georgia’s mountainous landscape, road construction faces challenges such as complex terrain and rapidly changing weather conditions. In light of this, Zoomline Machinery’s technical team and the customer held deep-dive discussions:
- Modular design: We focused on introducing a modular asphalt mixing plant that is easier to transport in mountainous areas and enables faster installation.
- Environmental protection and energy saving: In response to Georgia’s increasingly stringent environmental regulations, Zoomline Machinery demonstrated its advanced low-NOx combustion technology and multi-stage dust-collection solutions.
As both sides reached several preliminary understandings regarding follow-up procurement and technical support, the visit concluded successfully. In the future, Henan Zhongji will continue to deepen its presence in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus region, delivering more competitive products and services, and connecting history with the future.
