As a key hub along the “Belt and Road” initiative, Uzbekistan has been accelerating the modernization of its domestic transportation network at an unprecedented pace in recent years. In 2022, the Uzbek government increased financial investment in the renovation of local urban roads, regional highways, and rural roads, leading to the implementation of numerous small and medium-sized municipal road projects. Against this backdrop, a well-established local road and bridge construction company secured contracts for several regional highway projects. To ensure a continuous and stable supply of asphalt mixture and maintain strict quality control, the customer decided to move away from traditional scattered material supply models and procure an asphalt mixing plant that integrates efficiency, precision, and economy.
Considering the local construction environment, energy supply, and workforce characteristics, the customer proposed several demanding customization requirements:
Capacity Adaptability: The rated capacity needed to be stable at approximately 60 tons per hour – perfectly suited to the dispersed nature of small and medium-sized municipal projects while ensuring continuous production for large-scale paving.
Energy Efficiency & Environmental Protection:Uzbekistan has abundant natural gas resources. The customer explicitly required a high-performance, fully automatic gas burner to minimize operating energy costs and ensure emissions complied with increasingly stringent local environmental regulations.
Language & Operation Localization: Since most on-site operators were local technicians, the control system required a deeply localized, fully automatic Russian-language computer interface to reduce operational barriers and minimize human error.
High Reliability of Core Components:The customer demanded high equipment stability and internationally standardized components, specifying that key electrical, VFD, and weighing components must be from globally leading brands.

To address the customer’s pain points and customization needs, ZOOMLINE leveraged its technical expertise to deliver this tailor-made 60T/H stationary intermittent asphalt mixing plant. Each system worked in deep coordination, with core configurations setting an industry benchmark:
The plant was equipped with an industry-leading industrial-grade fully automatic gas burner, perfectly matched to the airflow field of the drying drum. The burner supports one-key fully automatic ignition, intelligent proportional load regulation, and automatic air-fuel ratio optimization, achieving a thermal efficiency of over 95%. This not only helped the customer fully utilize Uzbekistan’s low-cost natural gas, keeping fuel consumption extremely low, but also enabled clean, green combustion with zero black smoke and low NOx emissions – perfectly resolving the trade-off between environmental compliance and cost.
The control room featured an integrated intelligent control center. The system interface underwent seamless, in-depth Russian-language graphical customization. Process flows, dynamic parameters, and alarm notifications were all displayed in a native Russian interface in real time. The system supported seamless switching between fully automatic, semi-automatic, and manual modes, and included unlimited recipe storage, one-key recipe recall, and automated report export functions – greatly improving the efficiency of local Uzbek operators.

To guarantee long-term, stable operation under extreme temperature variations in the Central Asian field environment, ZOOMLINE used top-tier international components for all core systems:
Electrical Components – Siemens: Contactors, circuit breakers, relays, and the PLC core module in the central control cabinet were all from Siemens. Their strong anti-interference capability and logical control stability provided a solid control backbone for uninterrupted operation.
Drive VFDs – Schneider: All high-power motors – including those for the drying drum, induced draft fan, and inclined belt conveyor – were equipped with Schneider variable frequency drives. Low-frequency high-torque output, smooth start/stop control, and excellent energy savings significantly reduced power grid and mechanical wear.
Weighing Sensors – Toledo:All three weighing hoppers (aggregate, filler powder, and asphalt) were equipped with Mettler-Toledo high-precision load cells. Combined with high-frequency sampling modules, the system achieved gram-level accuracy, strictly controlling tolerances within national standards and ensuring premium mixture quality from the source.
After the equipment arrived, ZOOMLINE’s local after-sales team in Uzbekistan promptly traveled to the customer’s site. The engineers remained on-site, providing comprehensive technical guidance – from foundation verification, main tower lifting, piping installation, to pneumatic and electrical connections. During the final system integration, the engineers conducted comprehensive “theoretical training + hands-on practice” sessions for the customer’s Uzbek operation team – all through the fully automatic Russian-language control interface.
When the fully automatic gas burner ignited with its characteristic blue flame, the first batch of high-quality asphalt mixture was precisely discharged into the dump truck – marking the successful one-time ignition and commissioning of the 60T/H stationary asphalt mixing plant.
Over the subsequent months of high-intensity construction, the equipment consistently delivered zero-fault, high-output performance. The precisely proportioned mixture – ensured by the high-accuracy Toledo load cells – passed random inspections by the local transportation authority’s quality inspection department, with all indicators fully meeting premium highway construction standards.
The customer’s general manager praised in a project completion letter
ZOOMLINE’s equipment not only perfectly adapted to our natural gas resources – the fully automatic Russian-language computer control system and the use of Siemens, Schneider, and other major global brands gave us immense confidence. This has been a highly successful introduction of ‘Chinese smart manufacturing.’ ZOOMLINE is a trusted long-term strategic partner.”
