In terms of technical details, the tank wall panels at the joints are connected using high-strength bolts and a specially designed high-temperature, oil-resistant sealing membrane to prevent medium leakage; the higher the pressure, the better the seal. The storage tanks are equipped with a thermal oil circulation heating system. The heating area has been precisely calculated to ensure that asphalt can be rapidly heated in low-temperature environments and maintained at the ideal operating temperature over the long term. Additionally, an optional agitation system can be installed inside the tank. Featuring a low-speed, high-torque design, it effectively addresses issues such as segregation and localized temperature differences that occur during long-term storage of asphalt, thereby ensuring consistent product discharge.
The SD series offers a wide range of tank models, from SD100 to SD20000, to meet customers’ diverse needs for storage capacity and storage area configuration.
