We are pleased to announce that ZOOMLINE Machinery has successfully signed an order for a dual-fuel gas burner with a customer in Uzbekistan.

The new dual-fuel gas burner is a product that has been completely redesigned and improved from traditional coal burners, eliminating the drawbacks of traditional models, such as the high number of vulnerable components, large size, and inconvenient maintenance. It is equipped with an integrated Siemens PLC and touchscreen, enabling true fully automated control. The new structure of the gas burner enhances fuel combustion efficiency, saving customers on fuel costs.

The system consists of a coal hopper (optional), a conveyor screw (with variable frequency control), a pulverizer (with wear-resistant high-strength lining and blades), coal delivery pipes, a diesel ignition system, Siemens gas valve assembly, burner main unit, and control system. Additionally, the language on the touchscreen can be customized according to customer requirements, making it more user-friendly.

Currently, our company has developed and produced coal burners, kerosene dual-fuel burners, gas dual-fuel burners, and kerosene-gas tri-fuel burners, all of which have received unanimous praise from customers in practical applications.
