ZOOMLINE Successfully Signs Asphalt Storage Tank Order with Greek Client
Country: Greece
Date: April 20, 2026
Product: 50 cubic meter asphalt storage tank
ZOOMLINE has recently successfully secured a purchase order for one 50-cubic-meter asphalt storage tank from a Greek customer. This equipment will be used for efficient storage and thermal insulation operations at the customer’s asphalt transfer station, further meeting the stable material supply requirements of their end engineering projects.

The ordered 50m³ asphalt tank features a horizontal structure and is equipped with a thermal oil circulation heating system. Thermal oil coils are installed inside the tank body, with the heating area precisely calculated to ensure that the asphalt can heat up quickly under low-temperature conditions and be maintained at the ideal working temperature over long periods.
To ensure accurate monitoring of the asphalt level and on-site operational safety, the storage tank is equipped with both of the following:

Mechanical level gauge: Allows on-site operators to visually read the remaining asphalt volume inside the tank without relying on electricity, making it suitable for emergency and maintenance scenarios.
Electronic level display system: Integrates high-precision sensors, enabling remote real‑time level monitoring from the control room. It can also be integrated into the customer’s existing control system for data logging and alarm functions.
Additionally, to address the issues of asphalt segregation and localized temperature differences that may occur during storage, a stirring device has been specially installed inside the tank. The mixer features a low-speed, high-torque design, enabling uniform mixing without damaging the properties of the asphalt material, significantly improving the consistency of the asphalt when discharged after long-term storage.

In-Depth Communication to Tailor the Solution
The Greek customer is primarily engaged in road engineering and the processing and supply of finished asphalt materials, placing high demands on the tank’s thermal insulation performance, level measurement accuracy, and asphalt uniformity. Through multiple rounds of online technical exchanges, ZOOMLINE’s international business team provided a complete technical solution tailored to the customer’s local climate characteristics, common asphalt grades, on-site operating habits — covering everything from tank type selection and heating area calculation to the configuration of the mixing device.
The signing of this 50m³ asphalt tank order once again validates ZOOMLINE’s technical capabilities in the field of asphalt heating, storage, and conveying. The company will continue to adhere to its development direction of “customization, specialization, and internationalization,” providing more reliable and high-quality equipment and services to customers in global road construction, asphalt processing, and emulsified asphalt production.
