Installation Date: November 2025
Installation Location: Roxas City, Philippines
Product: 60T/H Stationary Batch Mix Asphalt Plant
Model: ZAP-S60
In November 2025, the ZAP-S60 stationary batch-type asphalt mixing plant—designed, manufactured, and exported by ZOOMLINE company—successfully completed the full installation, commissioning, and performance testing process at the customer’s facility in Rojas City, Philippines, and was officially handed over to the customer for operation. The successful completion of this project not only marks a new milestone in our company’s ability to provide customized services for the small- and medium-sized infrastructure market in Southeast Asia but also adds a solid milestone to the refined expansion of our overseas footprint.
The contract for this asphalt mixing plant project was officially signed in June 2022. Following the signing of the commercial contract, the project underwent multiple rounds of technical refinement and targeted customization. Although the project was temporarily put on hold due to the global macroeconomic environment and adjustments to the client’s investment schedule, our company maintained frequent technical and commercial communication with the client throughout, providing continuous technical support.
In October 2025, the entire set of asphalt mixing equipment reached its delivery milestone. In response to the demanding conditions of ocean transport, our logistics team developed a meticulous packing plan, disassembling the entire set of equipment and securing it within eight standard shipping containers. After withstanding 15 days of rough seas, the equipment arrived directly at its destination port in the Philippines. In November 2025, our company dispatched a team of experienced overseas engineering and technical experts who set sail against the headwinds, heading straight to the site in Roxas City. Facing the local hot, humid, and rainy climate, the technical team efficiently carried out the modular assembly of the entire machine, the precise connection of pipelines, and multi-dimensional integrated commissioning of the entire system. Within the scheduled timeframe, they successfully completed the remarkable transformation from “components” to a “fully automated modern production line” to the highest standards, and finished the on-site installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the entire equipment set as planned.

Our partner in this collaboration is a leading professional import trader based in the Philippines with deep roots in the local infrastructure construction market. This client has long specialized in the import and distribution of heavy-duty construction vehicles and high-end construction machinery parts in the region. Leveraging its mature and robust local infrastructure supply chain network, the company is actively expanding into the field of road construction support equipment.
In expanding into asphalt mixing equipment—a strategic core product category—the client maintained exceptionally stringent criteria for supplier selection. Through multiple rounds of in-depth online technical consultations with our company, the client highly praised our capabilities in high-standard mechanical design, cutting-edge environmental solutions, and our highly flexible and accommodating “tailored-to-each-country” customization approach. Ultimately, driven by a shared commitment to product quality, both parties successfully established this in-depth partnership.
In response to the local construction climate, transportation conditions, and fuel composition in the Philippines, our technical team implemented targeted technical upgrades to this 60TPH stationary batch-type asphalt mixing plant. The core configuration and features are as follows:

The mixing arms and liners are made of highly wear-resistant alloy materials, while high-precision load cells ensure accurate measurement of aggregates, powdered materials, and asphalt. This capacity is suitable for high-frequency, light-duty construction scenarios—such as small-to-medium-sized municipal roads, rural road widening, and regional pavement maintenance—while ensuring consistent output quality.
To address the characteristics of the local heavy fuel oil supply—which is highly viscous and contains many impurities—the system is equipped with a dedicated heavy fuel oil burner and a precision filtration system. While ensuring high thermal efficiency and stable heat supply, this setup significantly optimizes thermal energy conversion rates, keeping the customer’s daily operating costs at an optimal level.

The system employs high-quality, high-temperature-resistant bag-house dust collectors to perform multi-stage physical and chemical purification of flue gases. It is also equipped with a specialized deep-treatment unit for asphalt fumes, ensuring that harmful gas emissions meet regulatory standards and fully comply with the strict environmental regulations of the Philippine Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
A microcomputer control system enables dynamic and precise measurement of powdered materials, with mixing ratio errors far below industry standards, providing the core technological foundation for producing high-quality, high-bonding-strength finished asphalt mixtures.
Addressing the practical challenges of limited inland transportation routes and the logistical difficulties of transporting large tanks in the Western Visayas region of the Philippines, the client specifically requested that the asphalt storage tank capacity be limited to 20 metric tons. Our technical team specifically optimized the tank specifications, reducing its size while ensuring the capacity to supply asphalt for continuous construction, thereby resolving the challenges of inland transportation. At the same time, we equipped the system with a complete asphalt fume purification unit to properly treat exhaust gases generated during the production process, balancing construction efficiency with environmental compliance.

After the asphalt mixing plant arrived at the port and was unloaded from the container, our technical service team remained on-site throughout the entire process to complete the full range of installation procedures, including equipment assembly, electrical and hydraulic line installation, dust collection system commissioning, burner calibration, and trial operation of the fully automated control system. We strictly monitored every assembly detail to ensure the stable operation of the entire unit.
Upon project completion and handover, the client expressed high praise for the performance of the entire asphalt mixing plant, the environmental protection solutions, and our company’s end-to-end service—including one-stop export and on-site installation. The client noted that this 60 metric metric tons per hour asphalt mixing plant will fully support municipal road renovation and new infrastructure projects in the Western Visayas region. Its stable production capacity and customized design, tailored to local transportation conditions, will significantly enhance local road construction efficiency.
The successful installation of the 60tph asphalt mixing plant in Roxas City, Philippines, represents yet another outstanding example of our company keeping pace with the times and delivering to small and medium-sized infrastructure markets in Southeast Asia and along the “Belt and Road” route. Moving forward, our company will continue to establish a strong presence in the blue-ocean markets for infrastructure equipment in Southeast Asia and globally. We will optimize customized equipment solutions based on each country’s road conditions, environmental regulations, and fuel availability, delivering highly adaptable, environmentally friendly, and stable road construction equipment.
