ZAP-S100 Asphalt Mixing Plant Project in Kazakhstan

This asphalt plant equipment was customized according to the customer’s requirements, with a standard mixer volume of up to 1500 kg per batch. In addition, delivery time was a major concern for the customer, and the asphalt mixing plant was put into production within three months from receiving the advance payment, meeting the customer’s requested timeline.

The asphalt plant consists of a four-bin cold material system, drying drum, fully automatic coal burner, cyclone dust removal + water dust removal combined dust removal system, mixing batching tower, pneumatic system, asphalt heating system composed of a thermal oil furnace, and a fully automatic computer control system. In order to ensure the stability of the control system, electrical components are imported brands such as Siemens.
