Installation Date: December, 2025
Location: Mali
Product: 160t/h Mobile Batch Asphalt Mixing Plant
Model: ZAP-M160
In the first half of 2025, following extensive negotiations, we successfully secured orders for two sets of mobile asphalt plants for a major infrastructure project in Mali. The core equipment for this collaboration comprises our independently developed and designed latest products: the ZAP-M160 mobile batch asphalt mixing plant and the ZAP-C20T super mobile continuous asphalt plant. These asphalt plants stood out among competitors due to their core advantages: high production capacity, flexible mobility, and environmental compatibility. They became the client’s core selection for advancing local road upgrading projects.

Following the order confirmation, our company immediately activated a dedicated fulfillment assurance mechanism. The project team promptly completed technical parameter verification and production planning, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient advancement across all manufacturing stages. Throughout the process, to guarantee full compatibility with Mali’s local construction environment, raw material characteristics, and environmental requirements, our technical department conducted multiple detailed consultations with the client, implementing targeted optimizations for specific equipment components. Ultimately, we successfully completed the production and manufacturing of both units strictly adhering to the contractual timeline. The client promptly dispatched a professional acceptance team to the factory for comprehensive inspection. Throughout the process, all indicators—including manufacturing quality, core performance, and safety configurations—met contractual standards and industry norms, earning high recognition from the client’s acceptance team. Subsequently, following the client’s project timeline, we completed all packaging, loading, and shipment of goods by the end of August.
Each of the two core units delivered possesses distinct advantages, precisely tailored to different construction scenarios within the project. The ZAP-M160 Mobile Batch Asphalt Mixing Plant, with a designed capacity of 160 tons per hour, leverages the precise batching advantages of intermittent mixing to meet the stringent quality requirements for asphalt mixtures in high-grade road paving. This unit integrates a complete mobile core system, including: – Five large-capacity aggregate hoppers (enabling separate storage and precise feeding of different aggregates) – A high-efficiency mobile drying drum (delivering uniform heating and high thermal efficiency, adaptable to Mali’s diverse aggregate moisture conditions), an enclosed mobile powder supply system (effectively reducing powder dust pollution), and a baghouse dust collection system compliant with international environmental standards (achieving over 99% dust removal efficiency to meet Mali’s increasingly stringent environmental regulations). It also includes comprehensive asphalt tanks, diesel tanks, and a thermal oil furnace heating system, ensuring stable asphalt performance under any environmental conditions. Additionally, the equipment features an intelligent control system that offers user-friendly operation and adjustable parameters, enabling real-time production monitoring and data traceability. To ensure seamless project execution, the client concurrently procured complementary equipment including asphalt distributors, dump trucks, road sweepers, and drinking water truck, establishing a comprehensive road construction equipment system covering mixing, transportation, paving, and maintenance.

Following shipment, we established a dedicated logistics tracking team to monitor transportation progress throughout the journey. Due to recent geopolitical tensions in Mali, uncertainties such as cross-border route adjustments and customs clearance delays significantly impacted international freight timelines. The team maintained frequent communication with freight forwarders, local customs authorities, and the client, proactively addressing transportation challenges and proposing solutions while coordinating resources to ensure cargo safety. After months of cross-border transit, all goods arrived safely and intact at the client’s designated warehouse in Mali. The client expressed full understanding and recognition of our efficient coordination capabilities and responsible attitude amid complex transportation conditions.

Upholding our service philosophy of “customer-first and commitment to fulfillment,” we strictly adhered to contractual obligations upon delivery. We immediately coordinated the dispatch of a professional engineering team to Mali. Considering the unique local conditions, we preemptively prepared safety precautions for the engineering team, developed detailed on-site service plans, and established contingency measures. Upon arrival, the engineers immediately commenced equipment installation and commissioning. They provided comprehensive guidance to the client’s construction personnel throughout equipment assembly, pipeline connections, system debugging, and operational training, ensuring rapid deployment for normal construction operations.
Currently, the installation and commissioning work is progressing smoothly. The client has highly praised our on-site service responsiveness, the engineers’ professional capabilities, and the equipment’s operational status. This collaboration not only demonstrates our technical strength and production assurance capabilities in the R&D and manufacturing of mobile asphalt plants but also deepens the cooperative trust with the client through efficient fulfillment services and a responsible corporate attitude. It lays a solid foundation for the continued expansion into the African infrastructure market.
