Voltage & Frequency: 380V/50Hz

As the “Belt and Road” infrastructure project in Central Asia gets bigger, Kyrgyzstan needs more construction equipment that works well and can be changed. In March 2026, a local customer officially approved the delivery of a YHZS25 model mobile concrete batching plant. The equipment has been set up and fine-tuned to work best in this area, where there are large temperature differences and construction sites spread out over a wide area. This means that the remote road and bridge construction projects in this area are now in the high-efficiency production stage.
YHZS25 is a modular mobile concrete batching plant, specially designed for the batching, transportation, and forced mixing of aggregates, cement, water, and liquid chemical additives. The actual operating performance depends on the formula, mixing flow rate, moisture content of aggregates, feeding method, and number of tank trucks. Therefore, the key design goal is to ensure that the process cycle is stable and the batching is repeatable during the on-site operation.
As a high-quality model in the series, YHZS25 has a theoretical production rate of 25 m³/h. To adapt to the 380V/50Hz standard industrial power supply environment in Kyrgyzstan, the motor drive system of the equipment has adopted a high protection level design, ensuring stable power output in dusty or rainy field environments. Its batching system has an extremely high accuracy, achieving error control through high-precision sensors, perfectly matching the design intention of “ensuring the repeatability of batching“.
The layout of the mobile chassis and the reasonable arrangement of the equipment within the transport size range make it unnecessary to build complex foundations for on-site concrete production. For road construction projects and remote areas, this means shorter startup times and lower infrastructure preparation costs.
The core value of YHZS25 lies in its “towed” structure. The entire station integrates material storage, weighing, conveying, and mixing functions into a compact chassis. It can be quickly moved as a whole with a standard trailer head and put into use after simple leveling and a few support pads upon arrival at the site. Compared with traditional fixed-type mixing stations, it shortens the installation period from several weeks to 2-3 days, greatly enhancing the asset liquidity of construction companies.

Standard concrete batching plant configuration includes a four-bin aggregate storage module, a set of aggregate weighing system, a set of cement weighing system, a set of water weighing system, and a set of liquid additive weighing system.
A horizontal twin-shaft concrete mixer is used in the mixing unit. By distributing cement slurry and additives evenly throughout the mixture, the twin-shaft design guarantees complete mixing and reduces the time needed to reach homogeneity.
The double horizontal shaft mixer mounted on the station forms intense radial and axial three-dimensional vortices within the machine body through the cross-arranged mixing arms and blades. This compulsory mixing process can not only handle ordinary dry hard concrete but also easily deal with plastic concrete and various mortars. For the complex aggregate sources in remote areas of Kyrgyzstan (such as natural gravel or manufactured sand), this mixing unit demonstrates strong adaptability, ensuring stable concrete slump and uniform compressive strength.
This production line’s cement section is specifically made for silo operations. It uses a 219 x 8000 mm screw conveyor to move cement, and it can accommodate two 100-ton cement silos in addition to options for two to four different silo capacities and quantities (75-100-150-200-250 tons). This minimizes downtime for material reloading and can sustain steady production even in situations where the factory uses a lot of cement.
The control system provides automatic and manual operation modes.
For large-scale continuous operations, the YHZS25 is equipped with a fully automatic microcomputer control system. The system has a powerful recipe storage capacity, allowing operators to quickly switch to different strength concrete grades (such as C20, C30, or high-strength concrete for road use) on the touch screen. At the same time, the 219mm large diameter screw conveyor ensures a high rate of powder supply, combined with large-capacity silos, forming a complete, high-risk resistance powder supply chain.

Advantages
1) The mobile design makes it easier to move production equipment quickly to the construction site, which lowers the cost of transporting finished concrete.
2) It can produce concrete in accordance with particular formulations and is simple to debug, maintain, and customize in both automatic and manual modes.
3) Hopper options: two to four cement hoppers, which can be changed based on site specifications and cement consumption.
Application fields
1) Road construction and infrastructure: expressways, flyovers, bridges, airports, and facilities that require mobile concrete production near the construction site.
2) Temporary construction sites where pre-mixed concrete transportation is limited and the distance is far.
3) Remote areas, industrial land, quarries, and large construction sites that need to quickly start concrete mixing stations during peak concrete consumption periods.
The successful application in Kyrgyzstan once again proves the outstanding performance of YHZS25 in reducing comprehensive project costs. By moving the “factory” to the “construction site,” it not only eliminates the segregation risk caused by long-distance transportation of traditional mixers but also avoids the initial setting difficulties in high-temperature environments. In the future construction blueprint of Central Asia, the YHZS25 mobile mixing station will continue to act as a vanguard force for infrastructure projects, providing solid support for more high-quality projects.
