The electric heating thermal oil boiler is a new type of safe, efficient, energy-saving, low-pressure (operating at atmospheric or lower pressure) special industrial furnace that can provide high-temperature thermal energy. It uses electricity as the heat source and thermal oil as the heat carrier, utilizing a circulating oil pump to force liquid-phase circulation, delivering thermal energy to the heating equipment and then returning for reheating in a direct-current special industrial furnace.
The electric heating thermal oil boiler directly inserts the electric heater into the organic carrier (thermal oil) for direct heating. By using a circulating pump, it forces the thermal oil to undergo liquid-phase circulation, transferring heat to one or more heating devices. After unloading from the heating devices, the thermal oil returns through the circulating pump to the heater, where it absorbs heat and transfers it back to the heating devices. This process repeats continuously, achieving ongoing heat transfer and raising the temperature of the heated objects to meet the heating process requirements.
The electric heating thermal oil boiler system consists of an explosion-proof electric heater, an organic heat carrier furnace, a heat exchanger (configurable), a control cabinet, a thermal oil pump, valves, filters, and an expansion tank, all combined into a skid-mounted unit. Users only need to connect the power supply, the inlet and outlet pipelines for the medium, and some electrical interfaces to use it.
The electric heating thermal oil boiler uses a digital temperature control instrument for temperature regulation, featuring over-temperature alarms, low oil level alarms, and over-pressure alarm functions. It is an efficient and energy-saving heating device in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, machinery, dyeing, food, shipping, textiles, and films.
