Recently, our company has scored another remarkable achievement in the road and bridge equipment sector, successfully signing a supply contract for a complete combustion system with a renowned construction machinery operator. The core of this project is a customized fully automatic gas burner system for a 120t/h asphalt mixing plant. Its successful application marks a new milestone in the company’s equipment integration capabilities for alpine regions and high-standard operating conditions.
As the thermal energy core of asphalt mixing equipment, the delivered combustion system adopts a portfolio of international first-tier brands in its configuration. The core executive unit of the system is equipped with a Siemens valve group, which ensures the shut-off tightness and regulation precision of gas supply under high-pressure and high-frequency operating conditions. The control system is integrated with a Siemens PLC; through modular programming, it achieves millisecond-level response for air-fuel ratio, furnace temperature and safety interlock control.

Notably, in response to the localized operation requirements of overseas projects, a fully automatic Russian operation interface has been specially embedded in the control system. Adhering to local operating habits and safety specifications, the interface enables full-process automation and fault self-diagnosis functions—from pre-ignition purging, high-voltage ignition and flame monitoring to shutdown purging. This has greatly lowered the technical threshold for operators and enhanced the operational stability of the equipment under extremely cold and complex working conditions.
The matched 120t/h asphalt mixing plant is currently a mainstream model in the overseas infrastructure market. The successful commissioning of this combustion system not only verifies our company’s technical strength in the in-depth integration of high-power gas burners and imported electronic control systems, but also provides an efficient, eco-friendly and safe energy solution for the client’s highway construction projects.
