Adopting the twin-shaft compulsory mixing principle, the mixing arms and blades are arranged in a spiral pattern to form a bidirectional cross mixing flow field. Both mixing blades and liners are made of high-wear-resistance alloy materials and processed via special heat treatment technology, ensuring a long service life and low maintenance costs. The unique mixing trajectory design guarantees that materials meet the homogeneity requirements of concrete of grade C60 and below in a short time, with no segregation phenomenon.

The JS1000 can operate as a standalone unit, be combined with PLD series batching machines to form a simple mixing plant, and even serve as the main unit configuration for HZS60 concrete mixing plants. It is well-suited for rural urbanization construction, municipal road projects, small and medium-sized water conservancy projects, as well as the production of commercial concrete precast components.
- Energy Saving & Environmental Protection for Green Production
The motor is designed for high efficiency and energy saving, reducing energy consumption by 8%-10% compared with traditional models. The discharge door is tightly sealed to effectively control dust leakage. A dust removal device is optional to meet the requirements of environmental protection emission standards, supporting the construction of green construction sites.
