In January,2023, Russia customer ordered our Bag Filter and Thermal Oil Furnace used for the asphalt mixing plant.

The bag filter is a type of dry filtration device that is suitable for capturing small, dry, and non-fibrous dust particles. The filter bags are made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt (NOMEX), utilizing the filtering effect of fiber materials on dusty gases. When dusty gases enter the bag filter, larger and heavier dust particles settle down due to gravity and fall into the ash hopper. The gas containing finer dust particles is purified as the dust is trapped by the filter material during filtration, thus improving the environmental quality.

Organic heating furnace is a special industrial furnace that uses various gases, liquids, or solids with calorific value as fuel and heat-conducting oil as a heat carrier. By using a circulating oil pump to force liquid phase circulation, the heat energy is transferred to the heating equipment, and then returned to be reheated. It is widely used in the petroleum and chemical industry, oil and fat industry, textile printing and dyeing industry, plastic and rubber industry, paper industry, road construction, and other industries due to its convenient operation, high temperature control accuracy, significant energy saving and environmental protection effects.
