The bag asphalt melting equipment developed by our company is a device that melts bagged asphalt into liquid asphalt. The equipment utilizes a heat transfer oil heating system to melt the block asphalt first, and then uses heating pipes to intensify the heating to make the asphalt reach the pumping temperature, so that it can be transported to the asphalt storage tank. The asphalt bagging equipment can ensure the quality of asphalt heating, and has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, fast melting speed, improved labor intensity, and reduced pollution.
The overall dimensions of the ZOOMLINE bag asphalt melting plant are designed according to the 40HQ container. The upper lifting brackets are all bolted and can be removed. Facilitate site relocation and transoceanic transportation.
