In July, 2022, the 40t/h mobile asphalt drum mixing plant designed and manufactured by ZOOMLINE for Nigerian customer was put into production after successful installation and commissioning.

The main configuration of this asphalt plant includes 3 cold hoppers, drying system with diesel burner, gravity dust removal, scraper elevator, finished silo and electronic control system.
This installation, commissioning and training work of the mobile drum mix asphalt plant was carried out and successfully completed by our Nigerian installation team. Our installation team has many years of experience in the installation, commissioning and operation of asphalt plants, including various continuous asphalt plants and asphalt batch mixing plants. Our team are professional, focused and dedicated.
