This equipment is a continuous bitumen melting plant, including the main body, the barrel loading and propulsion mechanism, the fuel direct heating system, the heat conduction oil circulation system and the bitumen pumping system. The barrel loading and propulsion mechanism are installed on the main body of the bitumen melting equipment; The fuel direct heating system is installed at the bottom of the main body; The heat conduction oil circulation system is installed on the main chassis of the equipment and is connected to the fuel direct heating system; The bitumen pumping system is installed on the side of the main body. The equipment solves the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency and environmental pollution caused by conventional bitumen melting plant. The fuel self-heating continuous melting technology makes full use of the heat, which not only improves the utilization rate of heat energy but also improves the efficiency of melting.
