Fuel consumption ranges from 6.5 to 7 kg/t, with a fuel injection rate of 60 to 600 kg/h. Exhaust emissions comply with international standards, featuring low NOx and SO₂ emissions, and meet Daka’s environmental construction requirements.
Mixing System Features a three-dimensional mixing design with long-arm, short-shaft-diameter bidirectional mixing blades, ensuring high mixing uniformity. Asphalt is uniformly sprayed at multiple points via a pressurized asphalt pump to achieve full aggregate coverage. The discharge time is optimized to significantly improve efficiency and ensure consistent quality of the asphalt mixture
Dust Collection System Features a combination of gravity-based primary dust collection and baghouse secondary dust collection, equipped with high-temperature-resistant DuPont NOMEX filter bags. Emission concentration is ≤20 mg/Nm³, meeting environmental standards. High-pressure pulse cleaning technology extends filter bag lifespan, and replacement is convenient without requiring special tools, meeting Daka’s environmental construction requirements
 Control System  Utilizes German Siemens electrical components, Japanese Omron PLCs, and touchscreens. It features robust data processing capabilities, real-time storage of operational data, and multilingual display support. The control cabinet meets IP55 protection standards and is housed in an insulated, soundproof containerized control room, enabling it to withstand the harsh conditions of high temperatures and high dust levels at Daka sites.
