In April 2021, the second set of Asphalt Mixing Plant ordered by the customer was delivered on time and shipped to Cambodia by sea.
Due to the tight schedule of the project, the customer was eager to install the Asphalt Mixing Plant as soon as possible. But we can’t send engineers abroad because of the strict control of the two governments. After communication, we seriously for the customer remote installation guidance.
The project manager will take photos of the problems encountered in the installation process and send them to us. We will also feed back to them through pictures, videos and guidance drawings. One month later, we successfully completed the installation and wiring, and now we have smoothly entered the production debugging stage.
This asphalt mixing plant is mainly composed of aggregate system, drying system, combustion system, hot material elevator, vibrating screen, hot material storage warehouse, weighing mixing system, asphalt supply system, powder supply system, dust removal system, finished material warehouse and control system.
