In November 2024, our company completed the delivery and site setup of a ZAP-M60E 60t/h Simple Mobile Batch Mix Asphalt Plant for a local infrastructure construction project in Greece. In December 2024, the equipment completed all installation, commissioning, and trial production processes and successfully commenced official operation. After being put into operation, the equipment has maintained stable operation, produced uniform output quality, and experienced no malfunctions throughout the process, fully meeting the continuous asphalt production and supply needs of local road repairs and small-scale infrastructure projects, providing a solid equipment guarantee for the efficient progress of the project.
This project in Greece is another successful overseas implementation case of our ZAP-ME series ultra-mobile asphalt mixing equipment. Although the ZAP-M60E ZAP-M60E Simple Mobile Batch Mix Asphalt Plant has a streamlined structure and high mobility, it boasts complete core configurations and stable performance, enabling it to stably achieve an asphalt mixture production capacity of 60 tons per hour, fully meeting the material needs of small and medium-sized infrastructure projects. The equipment features a fully self-developed core system, ensuring stable operation and a low failure rate. Its core configuration encompasses nine major systems:
Cold aggregate conveying system: Precisely conveys various sand and gravel aggregates, ensuring uniform and stable feeding for continuous production;
Drying system: Efficiently dries aggregates, removing moisture and ensuring the quality of asphalt mixtures;
Twin-shaft mixer: Powerful and uniform mixing ensures thorough material mixing and meets the quality standards of the finished asphalt mixture;
Weighing system: High-precision dynamic weighing accurately proportions aggregates, asphalt, and powders, guaranteeing finished product quality;
Vibrating screen: Grades and screens aggregates, ensuring uniform particle size and meeting construction material standards;
Burner: Highly efficient and energy-saving heating, rapid temperature rise, and lower energy consumption, adapting to overseas energy-saving construction requirements;
Dust collector: Environmentally friendly dust removal design effectively controls construction dust emissions, complying with local environmental construction standards;
Asphalt tank: Dedicated storage tank, insulated and anti-solidification, ensuring stable storage of asphalt raw materials;
Diesel/heavy oil tank: Equipped with a fuel storage system, providing energy security for stable equipment operation.

Greece has a complex and diverse topography, with hilly and mountainous terrain and varied geological conditions, encompassing complex geological structures such as rock plateaus and mixed soil layers. Urban and rural roads, as well as mountain roads, are scattered throughout the country. Most road renovations, rural road upgrades, and small-scale municipal infrastructure projects are characterized by dispersed construction sites, short project cycles, and the need for frequent equipment relocation, placing extremely high demands on the flexibility, mobility, and rapid deployment capabilities of asphalt mixing equipment.
Traditional stationary asphalt mixing plants have significant limitations. The ZAP-M60E equipment exported to Greece this time belongs to the ZAP-ME series of ultra-mobile intermittent asphalt mixing plants. In this Greek project, after the equipment arrived at the port and entered the site, our technical staff worked with the local team to quickly complete the assembly and commissioning, and successfully put the equipment into production in a short period of time. This fully demonstrates the core advantages of the equipment in rapid setup and rapid production, and perfectly meets the construction needs of overseas projects with tight schedules and fast implementation.
