The mobile asphalt plant equipment has adopted mobile cold feed bins system equipped with wall vibrator and material shortage alarm device.Both sides of the silo are equipped with protective net and maintenance platform.
Mobile Drying System
The drying drum is covered with rock wool insulation layer, thickness,50mm, and covered with stainless steel.
The plant uses Gas and oil burner, one- piece structure, with wheels, easy to move back and forth and observe the drying drum at any time.
Mobile Bag House Dust Collection System
The plant is equipped with a primary gravity dust removal system and a secondary bag house dust removal system.Large filtration area, high dust removal efficiency, which can meet high environmental requirements.
Mobile Mixing Tower
The vibrating screen adopts the new structure of vibrating motor, which is more efficient and convenient to replace the screen mesh. OLI from Italy is used for the vibration motor.
Hot storage bin is equipped with insulation layer.
The pneumatic system uses Airtac brand, and the work is stable and reliable.
weighing system adopts TOLEDO weighing sensor with high accuracy.

Bitumen Heating and Storage System
The asphalt mixing plant is equipped with 600,000 kcal gas fuel thermal oil furnace and 2 units 40tons bitumen tank.
