Uzbekistan, as a key infrastructure country in Central Asia, continues to promote the improvement of its highway transportation network, leading to a significant increase in the demand for asphalt mixtures.
This project is our company’s second 120-ton/hour mobile asphalt mixing plant in Uzbekistan. Prior to this, several 80-160T/H fixed asphalt mixing plants had been stably put into operation locally. Throughout our long-term cooperation, our equipment has gained recognition in the local market for its stable production capacity and superior quality, laying a solid foundation for this new project.

Based on the local road construction conditions, the client identified three core requirements:
Stable equipment production capacity to ensure a continuous supply of asphalt materials for the project;
Short installation cycle for rapid commissioning and cost recovery, suitable for short-term concentrated construction periods;
Localized operation, with comprehensive installation, commissioning, personnel training, and after-sales support services to reduce the difficulty of later maintenance. Simultaneously, the client required the equipment to be environmentally friendly, reducing construction dust pollution and complying with local environmental construction standards.
As a professional road engineering equipment manufacturer, our company possesses mature experience in asphalt mixing plants, encompassing product R&D, production, quality control, complete system testing, sales, and after-sales service. Our production processes are mature, and our quality control system is comprehensive. For many years, we have focused on optimizing and upgrading road machinery and equipment, modifying equipment structures to suit the unique climate and construction environment of Central Asia, adapting them to the outdoor construction conditions in Uzbekistan, characterized by large temperature differences and frequent dust storms.
The core advantage of this project lies in our localized installation service. Our company has established a dedicated local installation team in Uzbekistan. Team members are familiar with local construction regulations, electrical standards, and site conditions, avoiding communication difficulties and project delays associated with cross-border installations. Our installation personnel have extensive practical experience and are proficient in the entire process of disassembling, assembling, wiring, and debugging the ZAP-M120 equipment, significantly improving installation efficiency.
Leveraging established local service stations, our company can provide customers with one-stop supporting services, including equipment installation and commissioning, operator technical training, after-sales spare parts supply, equipment operation and maintenance, and other value-added services. Multiple fixed and mobile mixing plants previously deployed are operating well, with equipment capacity and quality highly recognized by local customers, resulting in an excellent market reputation and being the core reason for repeat business.
Currently, our equipment is exported to Europe, South America, Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and other regions. We have a mature global supply system and ample spare parts reserves. We can also provide customized equipment modification services based on customers’ construction scenarios, power standards, and production capacity requirements, fully adapting to the local infrastructure construction requirements in Uzbekistan.
The ZAP-M120 mobile asphalt mixing plant was designed with strict control over the construction schedule. The commissioning period was from July 1st to August 2nd, 2021. The entire process—installation, commissioning, acceptance, and commissioning—was completed seamlessly. While ensuring construction quality, the overall construction period was shortened to quickly achieve equipment operation.
Considering the local road conditions in Uzbekistan, a modular, sealed transportation method was adopted. The various independent systems of the mixing plant were transported separately to avoid road height and width restrictions. Before the equipment arrived on site, the local installation team surveyed the construction site in advance, leveled the site, planned the equipment placement, and connected the 380V industrial power supply line, completing the basic preparations in advance to lay the foundation for rapid installation.
This installation was fully handled by our local installation team in Uzbekistan. Leveraging our extensive installation experience, we established a standardized installation process to efficiently complete the equipment setup:
Module Positioning and Assembly: Following the equipment installation drawings, we sequentially positioned and assembled the cold material system, drying system, mixing tower, and dust removal system, reinforcing the chassis support to ensure equipment operational stability;
Pipeline Connection and Laying: We completed the connection of pneumatic pipelines, electrical circuits, asphalt delivery pipelines, and heat transfer oil pipelines, rigorously testing pipeline sealing and circuit insulation to eliminate potential oil and electrical leaks;
Electrical System Commissioning: We assembled Siemens electrical components, commissioned the Russian-language control system, calibrated batching and metering parameters, burner temperature control parameters, and dust removal ventilation control parameters, and optimized the equipment operating procedures;
Complete Machine Integration Testing: After installation, we conducted no-load test runs and material-loaded trial production, testing the entire process of feeding, drying, mixing, discharging, and dust removal, and troubleshooting abnormal noises, jamming, and metering deviations.
After the equipment was successfully commissioned, the installation team conducted specialized training for the customer’s operators. The training covered basic equipment operation, parameter adjustment, daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures, providing hands-on instruction to ensure operators could work independently. Following successful training and customer acceptance, the equipment was officially put into operation. The entire process, from on-site installation to commissioning, took only 33 days, significantly exceeding the industry average efficiency.
After the project was put into operation, the ZAP-M120 mobile asphalt mixing plant operated stably, with a measured production capacity consistently maintained at 120 tons/hour.
