In the first half of 2025, our company successfully secured a bid for a major infrastructure project in Mali, with two sets of mobile asphalt mixing plants successfully contracted and delivered. This project once again demonstrates our company’s technical expertise in mobile asphalt plants, product reliability, and capability to fulfill international projects.
The core equipment deployed in this collaboration represents our latest independently developed generation of products: the ZAP-C20M Super Mobile Drum Mix Asphalt Plant and the ZAP-M160 Mobile Batch Mix Asphalt Plant. These complementary units precisely match the project’s production requirements across varying construction phases and operational conditions.
The ZAP-C20M Super Mobile Continuous Drum Mix , with the rated capacity of 20 tons per hour, features a highly integrated design. Its compact structure and flexible layout enable rapid installation and commissioning, making it particularly suitable for small-to-medium road projects and dispersed construction sites. This series has been successfully deployed across multiple African countries, where its stable operation and easy maintenance have earned it high praise from local clients.

Following order confirmation, our company immediately activated a dedicated fulfillment assurance mechanism, advancing production plans strictly according to contractual milestones to complete the manufacturing of both units with high quality. Subsequently, the client dispatched a professional acceptance team to our factory for on-site inspection. After comprehensive and meticulous examination, the equipment’s performance, configuration, and manufacturing standards all passed acceptance successfully. By the end of August 2025, all equipment was packed, loaded, and shipped without incident.
Upon the equipment’s arrival at the port, our company consistently upheld the service philosophy of “customer first, commitment to fulfillment,” swiftly coordinating the dispatch of an experienced engineering team to the project site in Mali. Tailored to local conditions, the company preemptively developed comprehensive safety protocols, on-site service plans, and contingency measures to ensure safe and efficient project implementation.
Upon arrival, the engineering team immediately commenced equipment installation and commissioning. They provided comprehensive guidance throughout the process, assisting the client with equipment assembly, pipeline connections, system debugging, and operational training to rapidly achieve stable production. Currently, the project installation and commissioning are progressing smoothly with excellent equipment performance. The client has highly commended our company for its responsiveness, the engineers’ professional competence, and the overall service quality.

The successful implementation of this Mali project not only further validates the reliability and adaptability of our mobile asphalt mixing plants in complex overseas operating conditions but also fully demonstrates our comprehensive capabilities in project delivery, technical support, and after-sales service. Moving forward, our company will continue to deepen our engagement in the African infrastructure construction market, supporting the high-quality development of local road and municipal engineering projects with more advanced equipment and more comprehensive services.
