In 2025, leveraging our exceptional technical capabilities and extensive overseas project experience, our company secured an order to supply asphalt mixing equipment for a major road upgrade project in Peru. In July, a ZAP-C120M super mobile drum mix asphalt plant was completed and successfully shipped to the port designated by the Peruvian client.
As our company’s core flagship product, the ZAP-C120M mobile drum mix asphalt plant perfectly meets the construction needs of Peruvian road projects with its three core advantages: high efficiency, flexibility, and integration. In terms of structural design, the equipment adopts a highly integrated layout, compactly integrating key components such as the mobile cold hopper, drying drum, dust removal system, recycled asphalt addition system, asphalt tank, control room, and finished product storage and unloading system. This significantly saves on-site space and simplifies the installation process, reducing installation time by more than 40% compared to traditional equipment, effectively lowering on-site construction costs and time for customers.
Regarding mobility, the ZAP-C120M mobile asphalt mixing plant is equipped with a high-strength mobile chassis and a convenient towing device, enabling rapid short-distance relocation without the need for large hoisting equipment. It easily adapts to the multi-section, dispersed construction site requirements of projects in Peru, achieving “immediate installation and rapid deployment,” significantly improving the flexibility of construction scheduling and overall construction efficiency. Addressing the production capacity demands of large-scale road construction, this equipment can stably produce 120 tons of high-quality asphalt mixture per hour, far exceeding the production efficiency of similar equipment. Furthermore, the mixture exhibits uniform gradation and stable performance, accurately matching the construction technical standards of high-grade roads in Peru, providing a solid guarantee for road project quality.
It’s worth mentioning that the ZAP-C120M mobile continuous asphalt mixing plant also excels in environmental protection and energy conservation. Its high-efficiency pulse dust removal system effectively filters dust generated during construction, achieving a dust removal efficiency of over 95%, meeting Peru’s stringent environmental emission requirements. The recycled asphalt addition system supports up to 30% recycling of old asphalt, reducing raw material consumption and waste emissions, achieving a dual improvement in green construction and economic benefits. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with an intelligent control system featuring an English and Spanish touchscreen interface, coupled with precise metering sensor technology, enabling real-time monitoring of the entire production process. This allows for automated control of batching, mixing, and discharging, offering convenient operation with an extremely low error rate, significantly reducing manual labor intensity and the risk of human error.
After the equipment successfully arrived at the customer’s site, our company maintained close communication with the customer, closely monitoring the equipment installation and commissioning process. We efficiently collaborated with the customer’s construction team throughout the process, promptly resolving various technical issues encountered on-site. After more than 10 days of intensive work, the equipment successfully completed installation and commissioning, with all performance indicators meeting design standards and project requirements, and successfully passed the customer’s on-site acceptance.
Currently, the ZAP-C120M mobile drum mix asphalt plant has been officially put into operation in a road project in Peru. The equipment is operating stably and performing excellently, receiving high recognition and praise from the client. The successful implementation of this project not only represents another significant breakthrough for our company in expanding its overseas market, but also demonstrates the technological strength and brand influence of my country’s road construction machinery in the international market.
