Process Flow:

The asphalt jumbo bags are loaded into the feeding inlet of the asphalt melting plant using a crane hoist. The plant has hydraulically controlled doors for easy operation.

A thermal oil furnace heats the melting plant to melt the asphalt, while also heating the asphalt storage tank. The temperature is controlled at around 150°C.

The melted asphalt is then pumped by an asphalt pump to the asphalt storage tank for temporary storage.

When needed, the asphalt pump extracts the asphalt from the storage tank to the asphalt unloading platform, where it is measured by a flow meter before being loaded into the asphalt tanker.

The main equipment includes: the asphalt melting plant, thermal oil furnace, asphalt pump, asphalt storage tank, asphalt unloading platform, and flow meter.

After the asphalt melting plant was put into operation, it significantly improved the automation and efficiency of asphalt loading and unloading, and reduced labor costs. At the same time, through precise temperature control and flow metering, the quality of the asphalt was effectively guaranteed, which was widely praised by local users.
