The new asphalt mixing plant for this production run is located in the western city of Jalal-Abad in Kyrgyzstan. The plant is strategically located as an important transportation hub for both railways and highways. As the local economy continues to grow, there is an increasing demand for improved transportation infrastructure, prompting the local government to upgrade its road network.

The asphalt mixing plant consists of a four-hopper cold material system, drying drum, coal burner, cyclone and water dust removal combination system, mixing tower, pneumatic system, electric heating asphalt heating system, and fully automatic computer control system. Imported electrical components from brands such as Siemens were used to ensure the stability of the control system.
