Recently, ZOOMLINE has successfully completed the shipment of the gas-fuel dual-use burners, marking the official start of this equipment’s overseas journey. The dual-use burner is a new product developed by our company based on the new coal powder burner design. This burner utilizes both coal powder and natural gas as fuel and can automatically switch between the two.
Due to the winter supply restrictions on industrial gas in Uzbekistan, the customer’s asphalt mixing plant was unable to continue production. Consequently, the customer chose our gas-fuel dual-use burner, alleviating the challenges posed by the lack of gas and equipment downtime.
This equipment is equipped with Siemens gas valve groups, ensuring stable operation and enhancing production safety. Additionally, the system’s PLC and electrical components are also from Siemens, ensuring the stable functioning of the control system. The configuration of the PLC and touch screen enables fully automatic control of the burner, simplifying operation.
