Our new pulverized coal burner is a new design and improved product of the traditional coal-fired burner. It not only abandons the shortcomings of traditional burners such as many wearing parts, large size, and inconvenient maintenance, but also is equipped with an integrated Siemens PLC and touch screen, which can realize fully automatic control in the true sense. The new structure of the coal-fired burner not only improves the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal, but also reduces the requirements for coal quality, further saving the customer’s fuel costs.
The burner system is composed of a coal hopper (optional), a conveying screw (frequency conversion control), a pulverized coal machine (the lining plate and blades are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials), a conveying coal pipe, a diesel ignition system, a coal-fired burner host, and a control system. The language in the touch screen can also be set according to the customer’s requirements, which is more convenient for users to operate.
At present, our company has developed and produced pulverized coal burner, coal & oil dual-use burner, coal & gas dual-use burner and coal & oil & gas three-use burner, which have been well received by customers in practical applications.
Our new coal-fired burner has been successfully applied in boilers, papermaking, asphalt mixing plants, drying, hot blast stoves and other industries.
