Limestone powder is a product obtained by crushing and processing limestone. Limestone powder that meets engineering requirements is widely used in the production of asphalt mixtures.
The entire production line being sold this time includes all components such as drying and finished product storage. The relatively moist limestone is first dried in a dryer to meet the grinding requirements, and then further ground in a mill to the required size. The dryer is equipped with a fully automatic controlled gas burner, which is convenient to operate and saves fuel.
Mills are widely used for grinding and processing of mineral materials in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining. A mill consists of a main body, analyzer, blower, product cyclone separator, piping, motor, and other components. The main body includes a frame, inlet volute, shovel, grinding roller, grinding ring, shell, and motor. Supporting equipment includes a jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and electrical control cabinet.
