ZOOMLINE designs and manufactures a device that melts bagged asphalt into liquid form. This equipment uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium and heating coils to heat, melt, and de-bag the asphalt. The equipment’s outer dimensions are designed to fit a 40-foot high cube container, allowing for ocean transportation with a single 40-foot container. The upper lifting brackets are entirely bolted and detachable, facilitating site relocation and cross-ocean shipping. It was officially put into operation in Angola in July 2023. The customer is highly satisfied with the quality of our equipment and has shared on-site construction videos with us.
