ZRS-(GN) series burner is a fully automatic combustion device specially developed on the basis of in-depth research on the drying drum of asphalt mixing plant. They are widely used in boilers, drying and other fields.

The main features are as follows:
1. The centrifugal fan is used for air supply, and the air distribution is adjusted according to the speed of the fan;
2. The adjustment of fuel combustion power is realized by controlling the fuel injection amount by controlling the speed of the fuel pump;
3. The adjustment of gas combustion power is realized by using electric actuator to control the amount of gas passing through the butterfly valve;
4. The ratio adjustment of fuel and air distribution is realized by the parameters preset in the controller;
5. The fuel nozzle adopts compressed air atomization;
6. The running sequence when starting and stopping is controlled by the automatic burner controller and the flame monitoring device, both of which ensure the best safety performance of the equipment in any operating state;
7. When the gas is burning, there is a leak detection procedure for the gas valve group at the beginning of the startup. If the leak detection procedure fails, the system will stop running and alarm to ensure the safety of operation;
8. Automatic gas ignition device is used when igniting, and the gas is ignited by high-pressure sparks. Use propane gas, liquefied petroleum gas or acetylene for ignition gas;
9. When the burner stops working, the main oil valve and the circulation valve on the fuel line are closed, and the oil pump stops rotating, thereby preventing the fuel from flowing out of the nozzle;
10. In addition to the butterfly valve for adjusting the flow, there are two normally closed gas valves on the gas pipeline. When the gas is not in use, the gas valve is closed, so that the gas will not leak to the gas nozzle;
11. There is an oil temperature and oil pressure detection device on the fuel pipeline;
12. There are gas low-pressure and over-pressure detection devices on the gas pipeline, which can ensure the safety when using gas.
