In April 2026, the gas-coal dual-fuel burner (Model: MFR-S1000G) for asphalt mixing plants—independently developed and manufactured by our company—achieved successful ignition on the first attempt at a key highway construction project site in Uzbekistan! After multiple rounds of rigorous load testing, the equipment demonstrated excellent performance across all metrics and has been successfully put into full-load commercial operation.

In Uzbekistan, the supply of natural gas and coal exhibits marked seasonal variations. During winter, securing a stable natural gas supply is challenging and costs are high; conversely, during certain seasons, pulverized coal is abundant and offers significant price advantages. Traditional asphalt plants equipped with single-fuel burners are highly vulnerable to production halts and spiraling costs should a particular energy source become unavailable or its price spike sharply.
Central Asia has a typical continental arid climate characterized by extreme diurnal temperature variations and high levels of wind-blown sand and dust. This places extremely stringent demands on the ignition stability, temperature response accuracy, flow field control, and dust and wear resistance of thermal equipment. Under such conditions, conventional combustion equipment is highly prone to unstable temperature control, coking and wear, and frequent malfunctions.

To address these challenges, our overseas technical team conducted on-site inspections and data modeling to tailor a “dual-fuel (natural gas/pulverized coal)” intelligent hot-air combustion system for the client, thoroughly resolving the issues of energy dependency and climate adaptability.
The MFR-S1000G dual-fuel (natural gas/pulverized coal) burner, which has been successfully commissioned in Uzbekistan, integrates multiple proprietary core thermal energy technologies developed by our company, achieving a dual leap forward in both economic efficiency and process stability:
The system is equipped with a highly integrated smart control module that supports the efficient combustion of both natural gas and pulverized coal. Customers can seamlessly switch between fuels with a single button press based on local seasonal energy price trends and supply conditions. The equipment employs advanced multi-stage air distribution design and flow field simulation technology, enabling thorough and uniform combustion of fuel within the drum. Even under the harsh conditions of Central Asia, where temperature fluctuations are extreme, the system can precisely control the drying and discharge temperature of asphalt aggregates within a tolerance of ±2°C. This effectively prevents over-burning or “sandwiching” of aggregates, significantly improving the compaction of the finished asphalt mixture and the quality of pavement laying.
To address the unique arid and dusty conditions of Central Asia, the combustion system features comprehensively reinforced sealing and dust-proof structures, as well as wear-resistant protection for key components. Additionally, by incorporating multi-stage low-NOx combustion technology, nitrogen oxide and dust emissions are significantly reduced, with emission levels fully compliant with both local Uzbek standards and international environmental standards.
Début avril 2026, ZOOMLINE’s team of overseas professional service engineers immediately traveled to the construction site in Uzbekistan to provide guidance on mechanical installation, verify electrical wiring, and conduct integrated system commissioning.
In mid-April, the equipment smoothly entered the trial operation phase and successfully passed the full-load continuous operation test. Real-time on-site monitoring data showed:
Ignition success rate: 100% (Both the initial trial run and subsequent multiple starts were successful on the first attempt)
Fuel Switching Time: The process was smooth and seamless, with no significant temperature fluctuations or pressure surges in the system
